How quickly can I start lessons?
Unlike community centers with long waitlists, we typically have availability within 1-2 weeks. During peak summer months, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Emergency or urgent lesson requests can often be accommodated with additional notice.
What information should I have ready when I contact you?
Please have ready: your preferred location(s), swimming experience level, lesson goals, any scheduling constraints, and whether you have access to a private pool. This helps us provide accurate pricing and availability during our initial consultation.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We'll respond within 24 hours to schedule your free consultation. This can be done over the phone or in person. We'll assess your needs, explain our programs, provide pricing, and if you decide to proceed, schedule your first lesson within your preferred timeframe.
