Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees! Our pricing includes instructor time, pool access, and all necessary equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our online platform at the time of booking.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of a swim set are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 1–2 weeks before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 week before the swim set begins. Inspired Swim is unable to accommodate make-up lessons.
Do you offer discounts for multiple family members?
Yes! For private lessons, you can add up to 2 additional swimmers (siblings, friends, cousins) for just $28 extra per swimmer regardless of lesson length. This makes it very affordable for families!
