We do our best to accommodate make-up requests, but our schedules are usually fully booked and make-up spots are very limited. Please plan to keep your regular lesson time.
- Lessons cancelled by the family are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- Families may request a make-up lesson when at least 24 hours' notice is given. Notice makes you eligible to request a make-up; it does not guarantee one.
- Make-up lessons are scheduled based on availability, typically only when another family cancels, and can be booked no more than one week in advance.
- A $15 administrative fee applies to every lesson that is rescheduled or made up.
- Make-up lessons must be used within the current set. They do not carry over to a future set.
- It is the family's responsibility to reach out to request a make-up. We do not hold or track pending requests.
If Inspired Swim cancels a lesson (coach illness, pool closure, or low enrollment), we will reschedule, credit, or refund it, whichever you prefer. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
