This policy covers cancelling a swim set before it begins and lessons cancelled by Inspired Swim. Individual lessons missed during a set are covered by our Make-Up & Rescheduling Policy.
Cancelling a swim set
2 or more weeks before the set starts: full refund.
1 to 2 weeks before the set starts: 50% refund.
Less than 1 week before the set starts: no refund.
Missed lessons once a set is underway
Lessons missed or cancelled by the family are not refunded or credited. Make-up lessons are limited and subject to our Make-Up & Rescheduling Policy.
When Inspired Swim cancels a lesson
If we cancel a lesson because of coach illness, a pool closure, or low enrollment, we will reschedule the lesson, credit it, or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Dismissal
Participants dismissed for violating our code of conduct are not eligible for a refund.
